Do you set up 5 and 6-string basses?
Yes — 4, 5 and 6-string basses are all covered by the fixed £65 setup, active or passive, short or long scale. We balance the action and pickup height for even string-to-string response.
Can you set up active basses and adjust pickup height?
We do both as standard. Pickup height is balanced for even output across the strings, and we'll check the battery and onboard electronics on active basses while we're at it.
Are bass strings included in the £65?
Yes — a premium bass string change is part of every setup. If you prefer a particular brand, gauge, or flatwound/roundwound set, tell us when you book and we'll fit them.
How long does a bass setup take?
We guarantee a 3–4 day turnaround from pickup to delivery, including weekends for scheduling flexibility.
