Do you set up electro-acoustics and 12-strings?
Yes — steel-string, electro-acoustic, 12-string and parlour-to-dreadnought acoustics are all covered by the fixed £65 setup. We adjust the action and intonation to suit your body shape and string gauge.
Can you lower the action on my acoustic?
Absolutely. Acoustic action is set at the saddle and nut, and we dress both for comfortable, buzz-free playability across the neck — one of the most common requests we handle.
How long does an acoustic setup take?
We guarantee a 3–4 day turnaround from pickup to delivery, including weekends for scheduling flexibility.
What if my acoustic needs more than a setup?
If we spot anything beyond a setup — a lifting bridge, fret wear, or pickup/electronics issues — we'll contact you with a clear quote before doing any work. No surprises.
